TrimrPix for iOS is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how TrimrPix handles your data.
The short version: TrimrPix does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All photo compression happens entirely on your device.
TrimrPix does not collect personal data. The app does not use analytics, advertising frameworks, or user tracking of any kind.
The only data transmitted from the app is anonymous crash reports via Sentry, which include:
Crash reports do not contain photos, personal identifiers, Apple ID, email addresses, or any information that can be linked to your identity.
TrimrPix accesses only the photos you explicitly select through Apple's photo picker. The app requires write access to your Photos library in order to replace originals with compressed versions.
Your photos are processed entirely on-device. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any server or third party.
TrimrPix does not store your photos or image data. Compression happens in memory and the result is saved directly back to your Photos library. No copies are kept by the app.
App preferences (quality level, format, metadata settings) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS mechanisms. This data is never transmitted.
Sentry — used for crash reporting and app stability monitoring. Sentry receives anonymous crash data only. No personal data is shared. Sentry's privacy policy.
TrimrPix does not use any other third-party services, SDKs, or frameworks that collect or process user data.
TrimrPix does not collect any personal data from any user, including children. The app does not require an account, login, or any personal information to function.
If this policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
